As part of Swinton Technology’s continued growth, we are pleased to announce Richard Horsman as our new Assistant Service Manager.
Richard’s new role will see him focus on the management of UK service activities, primarily focussing on STs maintenance support contract holders. Furthermore, his role will include leading on customer training, commercial negotiation and business development. Richard’s new role will see him take on new responsibilities and to continue working alongside our Service Manager EMEA, Matt Crooks.
EMEA Service Manager Matt says, “I am delighted to announce that Richard has been promoted to the position of Assistant Service Manager.
Richard has been involved with the service team within ST for over 6 years and knows our systems, services and more importantly our customers extremely well.
This new position will afford Richard dedicated time to focus on our UKCS customers, particularly those with existing support contracts, to ensure that ST always delivers maximum value and quality.
Richard’s previous experience as a Network Security Engineer and ongoing CompTia Security+ training, shows him as an obvious choice to lead the promotion and development of our Metering Cybersecurity services.”
