As part of our ongoing drive to help clients get the most out of every metering project, this month sees the introduction of our new consultancy services.
Mark Hay and Phil Robbins have joined the team as a Measurement and Allocation Consultants. Both are highly skilled and experienced consultants with over 50 years’ combined oil and gas industry experience.
Having them on board means that, wherever you are in the world, we can support you with your next system upgrade or project at any stage from conceptual design and feasibility studies through FEED, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up operations.
We can also help you troubleshoot existing flow computing, MSC, PLC systems and IT infrastructures.
Mark has over 25 years postgraduate experience in the oil and gas industry, and thrives on developing systems and providing solutions to manage measurement and reduce exposure to uncertainty. His experience includes hydrocarbon measurement and allocation consultancy for clients worldwide, and leading the measurement and allocation team for a major North Sea operator.
Phil has been a technical authority on flow measurement for over three decades, specialising in fiscal and custody transfer metering and allocation metering as well as hydrocarbon allocation in the oil and gas and LNG industries.
